Circlens is an experimental Telegram Mini App for creating circular videos with visual effects. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the videos you record, upload, render, download, send, or share. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, and do not use Circlens to violate laws, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of other people.
No guaranteed result
Visual effects, audio handling, rendering speed, camera access, browser behavior, and Telegram delivery can vary by device, browser, operating system, Telegram version, connection quality, and server load.
Temporary processing
Videos are processed to create Telegram-friendly circular MP4 files. Generated files are temporary, but you should only upload videos you are comfortable processing through this service.
No liability for third-party services
Circlens depends on browsers, Telegram, hosting providers, payment infrastructure, and network services. We are not responsible for outages, delays, restrictions, policy changes, payment issues, or data handling by those third-party services.
Payments
Telegram Stars donations are voluntary infrastructure support. Paid unlocks are separate digital services delivered after Telegram confirms a successful payment.
