Circlens is a Telegram Mini App for recording or importing videos, applying visual effects, and rendering Telegram-style circular video files. By using Circlens or buying a paid unlock, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You must only upload or record content that you have the right to use. You are responsible for anything you create, download, send, or share with Circlens.
Paid unlocks
Paid unlocks are digital services delivered inside Telegram and paid with Telegram Stars. Current unlocks can include watermark-free rendering or premium effect access for a limited time or render count shown at purchase.
Delivery
A paid unlock is delivered after Telegram sends Circlens a successful payment notification. A pre-checkout confirmation alone does not mean that the purchase has completed.
Refunds and payment issues
If a paid unlock does not activate, is duplicated, or a payment needs review, contact payment support at support@circlens.app or open Payment Support. Refunds are reviewed manually and, when approved, are issued through Telegram Stars refund tools. Telegram support cannot resolve purchases made through this bot.
Donations are voluntary infrastructure support and do not unlock paid functionality unless explicitly stated at purchase. Paid unlocks and donations are separate payment types.
Availability
Rendering speed, camera access, import behavior, effects, Telegram delivery, and browser compatibility can vary by device, browser, Telegram version, connection quality, and server load.
Changes
Circlens may change effects, limits, prices, or features during the soft-launch period. Paid unlocks already purchased will be honored according to the terms shown at purchase whenever technically possible.
