Before contacting support
- Check that the payment receipt is visible in Telegram.
- Reopen Circlens from the same Telegram account and render again.
- Send your payment receipt details and the approximate payment time.
- For refund reviews, include why the paid unlock should be reversed.
Telegram support and general bot support cannot resolve purchases made through this bot. Circlens is responsible for reviewing legitimate payment disputes and unlock issues. Approved Telegram Stars refunds are processed through Telegram's bot payment tools.
